Emmanuel A. Nsobila is a purpose-driven Project Management Professional and a Development Finance and Administration Specialist with over a decade of multi-sector experience spanning finance, banking, audit, grants management, public policy, and international development. His expertise lies in building inclusive systems, establishing and optimizing financial and administrative frameworks, managing complex projects, and leading strategic partnerships that drive impact at scale.

Currently serving as the Ag. Chief Operations Officer of FarmYield Africa (formerly Tractors for Africa Foundation), Emmanuel provides visionary leadership to expand access to mechanization, digital tools, and climate-smart agriculture for smallholder farmers—especially women and youth—in Northern Ghana. Under his leadership, FarmYield Africa achieved financial sustainability two years ahead of target, doubled its farmer reach, and secured high-level partnerships with GIZ and MEDA to digitize operations and deliver gender-responsive training.

He also serves as Project Administrator and Finance Specialist with GIZ’s Green People’s Energy Project, where he leads financial and administrative oversight, project visibility, stakeholder coordination, and supports the implementation of renewable energy systems for rural farmers under the Results-Based Financing (RBF) scheme. He works closely with five government ministries and multiple public institutions, ensuring alignment with national development goals and donor compliance.

Emmanuel previously held the position of Regional Operations and Administrative Officer at GN Bank, where he oversaw the operations of 18 branches, managing budgets, human resources, logistics, and regulatory compliance. He is a Certified Consultant with the SAGE Accountants Network, holds an MBA from Accra Business School (KNUST), and a Bachelor of Technology in Accounting with Computing from Kumasi Technical University.

His credentials include certifications in Agile Project Management, Project Management, Elections Observation (OSCE/ODIHR), National Youth Policy Development (EU–CoE Youth Partnership), and Think Tank Navigation (Atlas Network, USA). Emmanuel has been deeply involved in political and civic leadership since 2010, having co-founded the Progressive People’s Party (PPP) in Ghana and served as both Youth Coordinator and Treasurer. In 2016, he coordinated the Upper East Regional campaign for the party’s presidential candidate, Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom.

A committed youth policy advocate, Emmanuel founded Hope Faith Foundation, a youth-led community organization promoting policy dialogue and civic engagement. He co-authored the 2012 Ghana Youth Manifesto and 2016 People’s National Youth Policy, and has worked with youth-focused organizations like Enactus Ghana, ActionAid, YEFL Ghana, YES-Ghana, IFLRY, and the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI-West Africa).

In 2015, Emmanuel was the only Ghanaian selected among 8 African leaders by the UK Liberal Democrats for a leadership exchange in the UK, where he was trained on best practices in governance and public service.

Emmanuel brings unmatched energy, passion, and a deep commitment to inclusive development, youth empowerment, and ethical leadership. His work reflects a consistent drive to foster equity, justice, and opportunity for underserved populations across Ghana and Africa
